2. Access and payment

Access to the library management area is by invitation. Readers do not need an account to consult published PDFs. Price, storage limits, duration, renewal, cancellation and any refund are agreed individually in writing before activation.

Keep your account details accurate and your password private. Each collaborator uses their own account with the library management permissions assigned to them.

3. Your PDFs

Uploading a PDF does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights to Browse. You authorize us to store the document, generate previews and make it available according to your sharing settings, only as needed to provide the service. We do not use your documents to train artificial intelligence models, sell them or insert advertising in the viewer.

Browse is a PDF publishing service and does not provide private document storage. Before uploading or publishing a document, make sure you have the necessary rights, including a lawful basis for publishing any personal data it contains.

Hiding the download button or restricting embedding to selected domains does not make a PDF private or technically prevent copying, and does not grant readers any additional rights to the content.

When Browse processes personal data in documents on your behalf, this activity must be governed by a data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR before processing begins. The agreement may be attached to the service contract.

4. Use and support

Do not upload unlawful content or malicious files, infringe rights or bypass access controls. We may suspend access or disable documents to address unlawful content, violations of these terms or security risks. To report an issue or request a review, email hub@marcomezzavilla.com.

For support, email hub@marcomezzavilla.com. Maintenance and technical issues may interrupt the service; no response time or availability is guaranteed. Keep a separate copy of your originals.

5. Expiry and your data

While the service is active, library owners can export their original PDFs and metadata. This option normally remains available for 30 days after ordinary expiry. Uploads, changes and public embeds are disabled at expiry.

Each completed ZIP package is available for 7 days. Download and save it within that period. Expiry of a package does not delete the original documents in the library.

Service expiry, account closure and document deletion are separate steps. Expiry does not immediately delete your documents. Any subsequent deletion following expiry will be preceded by an email specifying the deadline for retrieving them. Contact us to close an account or arrange data retrieval and deletion. Backup copies follow the retention periods described in the privacy policy.

6. Changes and law

We will notify important changes by email before they take effect. Italian law applies, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you.
